How it works

Four steps from request to report

  1. Request

    You describe the task: what, where and when. A manager gets back to you within one business day.

  2. Agency agreement and client verification (KYC)

    We sign the agency agreement and complete standard client verification. This is a mandatory condition before any work begins.

  3. Funds placed with the agent

    You place the funds for the assignment using the details stated in the agreement.

  4. Payment to the supplier and agent’s report

    We pay the supplier on your instructions and deliver the agent’s report with supporting documents.

    Every assignment is put in writing. We do not start work without a signed agreement.

  • Agent’s report for every transaction

    Each report comes with supporting documents: the supplier’s invoice, payment confirmation, voucher or booking contract.

  • Vetted counterparties

    We work with developers, hotels, charter and aviation companies we have checked ourselves.

  • Confidentiality

    Details of your assignments are not disclosed to third parties, except as provided by the agreement and the law.

  • Personal manager

    One person handles all of your assignments and is available in the messenger you prefer.

Fee

Transparent terms

Individually agreed, from 0.25% of the transaction amount. The fee is payable after the assignment has been completed.

The fee is fixed in the agency agreement before work begins and depends on the service, the amount and the complexity of the assignment.

What clients usually ask

How is the agreement signed?

After your request, a manager clarifies the task and sends a draft agency agreement. It can be signed electronically or on paper — your choice. Individual assignments under the agreement are issued as written instructions.

What documents are required?

For a private client — a passport and proof of address; for a company — registration documents and information about beneficial owners. This is standard client verification (KYC); we do not start work without it.

How long does an assignment take?

A hotel or flight booking usually takes 1–2 business days after the funds have arrived. A yacht charter takes several days or more depending on the season and route. Real estate transactions follow the deal timeline and are agreed separately.

How is the payment confirmed?

For every transaction you receive an agent’s report with supporting documents: the supplier’s invoice, payment confirmation, voucher or booking contract.

How is confidentiality ensured?

The terms of your assignments and your data are available only to your manager and our accounting team. The supplier receives only what is needed to carry out the assignment; nothing is disclosed to third parties except as required by law.

Can I request a destination that is not on the list?

Yes. The website lists our core destinations. Other countries and tasks are considered on request, provided they meet our counterparty vetting policy.
