1. Who processes the data

The data controller is "AppFactory" LLC (ОсОО «ЭппФэктори»), Kyrgyz Republic, reg. No. 334618-3301-ООО, TIN 03009202610805; address: 11 Bryanskaya St., Pervomaysky District, Bishkek — hereinafter the "Company".

This policy applies to the appfactory.day website and describes what data we receive through the request form, why we need it and how we handle it.

2. What data we collect

Only what you enter in the request form yourself: name, phone number or messenger contact, e-mail address, the selected service, an approximate budget (optional) and the text of your comment.

Technically, the IP address, time of submission and browser type are recorded together with the request — solely to protect the form from automated submissions and to limit the submission rate.

The website does not use cookies, visitor counters or third-party tracking scripts.

3. Why we need this data

The sole purpose is to respond to your request: to contact you, clarify the task and, if required, prepare a draft agency agreement.

We do not use addresses from requests for mailings and do not pass them to advertising services.

4. Legal basis

Your consent, confirmed by ticking the box in the form before submission. If an agency agreement is subsequently concluded, processing continues for the performance of that agreement on its terms.

5. Where and how long data is kept

The request is delivered to the Company’s corporate mailbox. A technical copy of the request is kept by the hosting provider for no more than 30 days and is then deleted automatically.

If no agreement is concluded, request data is deleted no later than 12 months from the date of the request. If an agreement is concluded, the data is kept for its term and thereafter for the periods required by accounting legislation.

6. Who may have access to the data

The data is available to your manager and to Company employees who need it to respond to the request.

To run the website and e-mail we use the infrastructure of technical providers (Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting and e-mail delivery; Google LLC — corporate e-mail). They process data on our instructions and may not use it for their own purposes.

Any other disclosure is possible only in cases expressly provided for by law.

7. Your rights

You may request access to your data, its correction or deletion, and withdraw your consent at any time. To do so, write to info@appfactory.day from the address given in the request, or state your name and the date of the request in the e-mail.

We respond to such requests within 30 days. Once the data is deleted, we will not be able to continue working on the request.

8. Data security

The website works only over a secure connection (HTTPS). Access to the mailbox and the request storage is limited to employees who need it for their work.

9. Changes to this policy

The current version is always published on this page; the date of the last update is stated at the top of the document.
